This policy covers the mobile apps published by Gimble Gaming ("we") on Google Play and the Apple App Store: Tap Arcade, Crater Catch, Dreamdrop, Polarity Pip, Block Quest, Road Trip '98, Mahjong Café, Arrow Beats, Jam Jar, Chordfall, Mythnest, Pocket Sloth, Calm Corner and Book of Maybe. The short version: the apps collect no personal information at all.
Information kept on your device
The apps save your progress and settings on your phone: best scores, levels reached, your virtual pet and its album in Pocket Sloth, your café and its coins in Mahjong Café, your instrument and key in Jam Jar, your creatures in the creature games, and choices like sound, music and vibration. This data stays in the app's storage on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
No ads, no accounts, no tracking
The apps are free and show no advertising. They contain no advertising or analytics software, have no accounts, sign-in, chat or social features, and do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, photos or location. Sound and vibration are generated on your phone and send nothing anywhere. We do not collect, share or sell personal information. If an app ever lets you share something (for example a creature code to trade with a friend), it is you who chooses to send it, through your phone's own share sheet.
Notifications (Pocket Sloth)
If you allow notifications, Pocket Sloth schedules reminders on your phone for when your sloth needs care. The reminders are created and stored on your device only.
Children
The apps are suitable for everyone and collect no personal information from anyone, including children.
Your choices and rights
Because your game data never leaves your device, you control it fully: clear the app's data or uninstall the app to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete personal information; since we hold none, there is nothing for us to provide or erase, but you are welcome to contact us with any question.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date.
